Badgers Targeting Army All-American DB From Texas

The Badger have been targeting Keanon Cooper, a defensive back from Texas, for quite some time now. Recently, though, it was announced that Cooper would be a starter for the East team during January's High School Army All-American Bowl. In addition to that great feat, he was also named to Texas' First-Team All-State squad. Cooper holds offers from schools like California, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Minnesota (where three of his teammates are attending). Minnesota holds the early lead, but it's also the only school he has visited. Wisconsin has an advantage in that his dad, whom he just recently reunited with, lives in Milwaukee. Not to mention that he's looking for a good city, and it doesn't get a whole lot better than Madison.

Check out the articles on his accolades below, and also take a look at his profile at Rivals.com.
