Badgers Fail To Crack Top 25 Polls

Though it comes as no surprise, the Badgers are still on the outside looking in when it comes to the two major college basketball polls this week. They rank #33 in the AP with 17 votes, while they come in at #34 in the Coaches' poll with 9 votes. In the past week, the Badgers won games @ UW-Milwaukee and vs. Green Bay.

The Badgers will square off with Valparaiso next Saturday - the only new game that will be factored into next week's polls. Despite the fact that the Crusaders are a solid 10-1, they've had a very week schedule. They lost to their toughest opponent - Vanderbilt. It will be very difficult to crack the top 25 next week. The Badgers next legitimate shot is in two weeks. If we're able to pull off an upset win against Texas in Austin, you can bet the house we'll be back in the polls.

You can check out the complete polls right here at Badger Realm, courtesy of ESPN. They can be found on the right side of the screen.
